Participant Information

· All winning entries may be used for promotional purposes by the National Institute for International Education through online and offline media. This includes being posted on the National Institute for International Education/Hanmiil Global Leadership Youth Exchange Program website, press releases, social media, etc.

· All rights, including ownership, copyright, and proprietary rights of the winning entries, will belong to the National Institute for International Education. The National Institute for International Education reserves the right to modify (edit or transform) and use part or all of the submissions as secondary works for public release and promotional materials.

· All submissions must be original creations by the entrant, free of any legal issues concerning portrait rights, copyrights, or intellectual property rights. (Entries must not have won awards in other contests.)

· The entrant bears full legal and ethical responsibility for any disputes related to portrait rights, copyrights, etc., of the submissions. If such issues are discovered even after the announcement of winners, the award may be revoked, and any prize money may be reclaimed.

· The use of copyright-free music is required for video submissions, and the title and source of the music must be clearly stated at the end of the video.

· Entries that deviate from the theme or do not meet the specified requirements may be disqualified or receive lower scores.

· Submitted entries will not be returned, and submissions cannot be withdrawn after the announcement of winners.

· The number and quality of submissions may affect the scale of awards.

· Evaluation information is confidential, and no objections to the results will be entertained.

· The contest schedule and details are subject to change based on the circumstances of the National Institute for International Education.

In accordance with the “Personal Information Protection Act”, we would like to collect and utilize your personal information as follows regarding your application for participation in the High-Tech Firm Expedition Promotion Contest.

All information provided by you will be used solely for the following purposes and will not be used for any other purposes.

– Selection of winners and notification of awards

– Name, Date of Birth, Address, Contact Number, Email

Retention and Use Period
– From the date of consent for information collection and use until the purpose of retention is achieved.

You have the right to refuse the collection and use of your personal information. However, if you do so, you may face disadvantages such as being restricted from participating in the Contest.

This program is for emerging young leaders from the ROK, Japan and the United States, to develop global leadership skills and learn about advanced high technology exchange furthering the trilateral partnership and alliance in action towards the future.
